Your new company For our Client, energy supplier, located in Cracow, we are looking for Senior Software Engineer (Test Automation) Your new role As a Software Engineer you will work in an agile company which continues to encourage DevOps practises. Your role will be also to develop and innovate ways of accelerate delivery and improve quality of software and company’s systems by using automated testing. On this role you will be collaborating with other developers and testers to produce and maintain high quality test frameworks and to support the delivery of software solutions. You will be also analysing requirements, specifications and decompose systems to generate a testing model and automate them efficiently across functional and non-functional requirements. On this position you will be also delivering high quality, efficient, defect free code and automate the execution and reporting of test suites to provide useful feedback to business stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful candidate you need to be proficient with JAVA and have understanding of RESTful services, web UI technologies like HTML, Javascript and UI automation tools like Selenium. An ideal Candidate should also have experience with databases (PostreSQL/Oracle). Moreover, on this position it is required to have experience working within agile frameworks and knowledge of continuous integration practises. Knowledge of Junit with an understanding of BDD testing tools like Cucumber will be an asset.
